Privacy notice

This notice describes the current public data flow of the Forgiarini Parfum online catalog. It should undergo legal review before being relied on as a formal privacy policy.

Order data

To place an order request, the checkout form collects full name, WhatsApp phone number and email address. The email is used to send order updates. Shipping address, shipping cost and payment are not collected or processed on the website: they are arranged directly with the store through WhatsApp after the order request.

Cookies

The site uses a consent cookie (fp_consent) to record whether a visitor accepted analytics cookies or only essential ones. When analytics consent is given, the site sets a visitor identifier (fp_vid), a session identifier (fp_sid), and short-lived cookies for campaign source and referrer (fp_utm, fp_ref). These are cleared if consent is withdrawn.

Third parties

Product data and order records are stored in Supabase. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical access data such as IP address and browser. The site does not sell personal data.

Requests

To ask about, correct or delete information sent through an order request, message the store on WhatsApp. A request may require confirmation of identity.
